Everyone knows it is not easy to live with aggressive behavior in dog pets. This is definitely one trait that every owner would want to weed out from their pets. This is why dog owners who have aggressive dogs want to find ways to eliminate the behavior. The first thing every dog owner should know though is that there are deeper truths behind dog aggression.

Behind the Aggression

Dogs are animals. This does not mean though that they are not capable of thinking, feeling or forming valid reactions. Just like human aggression, dog aggression is a valid defensive response. If something threatens us, our possessions, the people we love and our principles, we tend to take defensive stances that can quickly translate to aggression. The same can be said for dogs.

Obviously dogs will tend to defend themselves from harm. Anything that dogs perceive as possible source of pain or harm will be treated with suspicion and, when necessary, violence. Dogs go beyond trying to protect themselves. They will also try to protect what they think is theirs. That would include objects like dishes, toys and territories. They may however include people who they feel belong to their pack.

Dogs that are emotionally threatened are those most likely to show aggressive behavior in dog pets. Since dogs naturally belong to packs that follow hierarchies, your dog might feel that you and other people are trying to challenge its dominance. Your dog might actually think that other people and animals are its subordinates and will not permit challenges to its authority.

What You Should Do

Do not panic if your dog shows aggression. Remember that it is a valid response that may be based on incorrect perceptions that your dog may have. Although you should be careful, it is important at this point to show acceptance for your pet. It is also crucial not to attempt to fight it out with your dog. Dealing with dog aggression in a similar way can only lead to disastrous results. You could either make your dog even more aggressive or you could endanger both of your lives.

The best solution to aggressive dog behavior is training. Behavioral training will teach your dog that it is not being threatened and that you are its master and not the other way around. You can either get a professional trainer or you can train your dog yourself. The latter option however would require you to follow a reliable set of guidelines. This option may be a good one to take considering that you too may need to learn new ways of perceiving and handling your dog.

Where to Meet Women - The Bar is the Hardest Place

Unfortunately, when you are in search of women the bar is the most common and most practical place to go. However in reality this is probably the hardest place to pick up a quality woman.

Sure you may get lucky a couple times and pick up someone. However likely she is either going through a phase, or is a bar fly and you may need a shot of penicillin after you spend the night with her, if your lucky.

While there are definitely good people that go out to the bars. Most woman are on full alert and have their guard up. This is a result of the drunk idiot sitting next to you that said "Hey you girl, you got a real pretty ____." Unfortunately this guy makes you pay in the end.

So Where Should You Go?

Good question, you should go everywhere. Go shopping, talk to the women you interact with, pick up girls at work, anywhere and everywhere!

Additionally, I have had some success using some online dating sites. Some are as cheap as $20 per month and when it comes to dating that is a drop in the bucket!

One of the reasons you will have more success approaching girls in a non-bar atmosphere is because so few other men do that. The vast majority wait, go to the bar have a couple drinks and try to pick up women and this is when most quality women are least likely to be picked up.

Think about it, you are one of the few genuinely good men out there. You are compared to all the other rude drunk jerks that have already tried to hit on her that night.

I am not saying don't try but you will likely have a much lower conversion from conversation to phone number to making out than if you meet women, anywhere else!

Also when you start a conversation with a girl in a non-bar setting, it shows you are confident & assertive. This is different than every other guy. This is a very good thing, you always want to be different that every other guy. Otherwise, why should she go out with you if you are just like everyone else.

So in short, avoid the bar instead; go to the mall, join a dating site, talk to all girls in any situation that you find attractive. Including if they are just walking down the street.

The only exception is if there are some cool wine bars in your area, you should definitely go there. You will likely be outnumbered by women and these are typically not places that girls that intend on going out to the bars all night, go to. - 30535

How To Cure Panic Attacks

If you have suffered from panic attacks, you know how absolutely draining they can be. They're physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually draining. They can affect your work, relationship with your family and friends, friendships and your capability to completely enjoy your life. They have been described by some as waking bad dreams. How can you cure panic attacks?

For those that are fortunate enough not to suffer these episodes, panic attacks are the unexpected onset of unreasonable fret that begin with no reason. They can be short, occasionally only lasting minutes or they can last for up to a 30 minutes. The physical effects can be quite sundry : from stuff like a fast heart beat, sweating, trembling, hot flashes to bother swallowing frequently, the lasting effects can be quite acute.

Then there are the deeper and perhaps more pointed psychological and emotional effects. These attacks can become so grim that one may be scared to do the most simple of routines, such as picking up the telephone to return a call, or going out with buddies or perhaps buying groceries. It can become sufficiently bad that some will only do these things when accompanied by a chum or family member. It can become so bad that suicide may be considered. The easiest way to cure panic episodes then must become a serious focus in their lives.

It should go without saying that if you have recurring panic episodes, a medical pro should be consulted as well as your spiritual adviser. Often times, there could be a deeply rooted trigger that sets these attacks off. If you will find that trigger ( introspection is named for here ), you could be able to stop these attacks yourself, though if they persist, medical help is highly recommended before it becomes out of control. In all cases, you must take action and see about how to cure panic attacks, instead of hoping they'll'just go away,' as over time they'll affect the quality of your life.

So, how to heal panic attacks? There are many methods, but if you just commence with one and do it doggedly, this can help. First, realize that you are going to get thru this. Take a chair and sit in it, gently gripping the armrests. Next, target a spot at eye level. It's not relevant what you concentrate on, so long as you you keep looking at that spot and not anyplace else. Next, focus on taking slow deep breaths, pausing in between each breath, as this will calm your body but also help calm and center your intelligence.

If you can't get enough oxygen, you can remain perturbed so don't skip over this step. Once you have done that, start asserting what you see. You may repeat a private mantra. When i am agitated and unfocused, I start running thru everything that I'm thankful for, from my life to my relationships, to my home and everything in between. This may help ground you. Do this until the panic attack subsides.

Learn The Way To Get Her Back

Clairvoyance Is A Power We All Have

Have you ever thought about what being a clairvoyant means, and what it could mean to you? Have you thought about the possibility that you can develop your own clairvoyant abilities, even if you don't think you have them now? In fact you can, likely, even if you don't have these abilities just yet. That's because 'clairvoyance' is actually a skill that can be developed, not just a talent you are born with. It's a little bit like driving; you don't know how to drive when you're born, but almost everyone can learn how to. It's the same with clairvoyance. You just need a plan to help you develop these skills, similar to the way you learn the skills you will need to drive a car.

First, if you want to understand and explore your own clairvoyance, you have to understand the practice itself and how it works. It's seen as a psychic ability, true, but it's really much simpler than that. In fact, clairvoyance is really an intuitive knowledge about things. These things are not visible to the five senses, and they usually haven't happened yet. If you can develop your own clairvoyant skills, you can use them so that you can understand things you can't see or things that haven't happened yet.

In order to really develop clairvoyance for yourself, the first thing that you need to do is to understand what it is and how happy and peaceful you will be as a person once you have developed it. This is an important step that you can take towards making sure that you are able to develop the ability correctly and easily.

To develop your clairvoyant skills, you'll first have to become more sensitive to things you can't see, smell, touch, or taste around you. In other words, you won't be able to access them with your five senses, but there are energies that you can pick up on. We all can, but most often, we discount them and call them so much rubbish. Because you are this sensitive, though, you'll also need to be able to avoid things with negative energies or negative 'vibes.' That means, places, people and things that have negative energies may affect you in a negative way. In some cases, you won't be able to avoid encountering this type of negativity, but if you do, you'll learn how to use tools that can dissipate this negative energy even if you do have to deal with it. If you can learn to handle the negative energy you do encounter, you be better off.

There are several things you can do if you want to develop your own skills and clairvoyance. Take a look at any possessions you have that give you negative feelings, and get rid of them. Don't hang on to anything that gives you a negative feeling, even if you think it's 'important' or 'special.' You'll see how much lighter and happier you feel once you get rid of those things around you that bring back bad memories or vibes. And in turn, you'll be completely clear of negativity and will feel much lighter.

Next, learn how to meditate. Go someplace quiet for at least a half an hour a day where you're not going to be disturbed and where it is as quiet as it can be. Go to your living room, your bedroom, even your car, as long as it's going to be quiet and you'll be comfortable. Then, listen to any wisdom you'll encounter within so that you can get in touch with any clairvoyant skills you have. Make sure you make this time special and not to be missed. Make it sacred, in other words. Do this every day, as your own gift to yourself and your own quiet time to simply get in touch with yourself.

When you meditate, and when you've gotten rid of everything in your life that either reminds you of or brings you negativity, you are going to be able to be more in touch with your feelings and you are going to trust them more, too. Doing a chakra balance meditation is also going to be able to help you feel more balanced and clear, since your energy chakra centers are an important part of this component. You can do chakra meditations with different chakra sound frequencies, all of which you can find online. When you listen to these, your chakras become balanced.

If you don't want to listen to these sounds come you can also visualize different colors of the chakras and the positions they take in your body. The chakra positions and their colors are as follows:

Red; Near to the base of the spine. Orange chakra; just below the naval. Yellow chakra; just above the naval. Green chakra; center of chest. Blue chakra; throat area. Indigo; forehead. Purple; top of head.

Next, learn to trust your feelings (meditation will help you get in touch with and trust your feelings in this way, too). Our society is very, very entranced with the power of the mind, and we tend to discount feelings in favor of 'logic.' However, feelings teach us very important lessons and provide us with a lot of information as well. Therefore, if you truly want to develop your clairvoyant skills, pay close attention to how you feel and begin to listen to and follow your feelings.

Next, your instincts are important as well. You may find yourself, for example, having an instinct to react a certain way in a situation, or to perhaps feel scared or feel badly about something when there's no apparent reason to do so. Usually, we may discount this and say that it's not important, but just try it once. Follow your instincts and do exactly what your feelings tell you to do. You'll likely find that your instinct is right and you kept yourself out of danger or otherwise thwarted an uncomfortable situation. As you do this, you'll become much more confident in your feelings and thoughts, and how they relate to or interact with each other. This is an important component to developing clairvoyant skills, but it's also important to you yourself becoming more balanced and happier as a person.

When you're just beginning in your quest to become a clairvoyant, learn to tap into and communicate with your subconscious mind, because this is also going to be important to do. If you don't think you can do this on your own, you can visit a hypnotist and get some help this way. If that's too expensive for you, you can also listen to hypnotist recordings available commercially. These are specifically designed to help you undergo self-hypnosis, and as you do so, you'll see that you become more focused and more relaxed.

Finally, you're going to learn to simply 'let go,' as you're going to become more relaxed in your body into your mind at the same time. You'll begin to trust, depends, and lean on your thoughts and feelings, so that you honor them for their wisdom and what they can tell you. It's going to take time to develop clairvoyant skills fully, but you can do this as long as you practice and as long as you start to learn to act on these feelings and intuitions. The more you allow yourself to receive your intuition and instincts, the more you'll become clairvoyant. And this will lead you to a better, more 'in tune' life in general, which means your feelings will come as a positive flow.
