Stop Panic Attacks

In order to stop panic attacks, don't stop anxiety. It is part of human nature and it arises when facing things unknown or out of control. For instance, if you're moving from your parent's house to a different location to attend college, it will very be difficult to sleep at least for a few days.

A psychiatrist can stop panic attacks with drugs such as mood stabilizers and anti-psychotic medicine. The problem is that there many other side effects. You can gain additional weight, and develop a drug habit which will make you feel you cannot live without them. Also they're expensive and should be avoided unless you're considering bankruptcy.

Stop panic attacks by evaluating the way you feel about yourself. If you don't feel good, address that immediately. Think on what makes you feel that way and eliminate it by taking the right action. If you want more confidence, reinforce your self-image by bringing up memories of past successes that make you feel good.
