By Linda Buechting

The straightforward answer is YES!

Plenty of people have this myth that they are stuck with panic attacks forever. This beliefs comes from their doctors and therapists who tells them that there are no such thing as panic attacks cure.

These medical pro tells you to be taught how to live with panic attacks. They teach you'coping technique','breathing exercises' and ask you to modify you way of life to fit your stress. They give you medicine to subdue your panic episodes. Nobody question their strategies because they're medical pro - its all'medically proven'.

Don't get me wrong, I am not condemning these medical professionals. A number of them do a brilliant job in helping folks, but the fact is that there's still a lot folks out there who do not respond well to their treatment strategies and are still suffering from panic episodes.

People need an alternative! They do not have to be stuck taking medication forever or perhaps have this beliefs that they are'incurable'.

Panic attacks isn't terminal. Its not even a mental illness. Somehow along the way, your'panic alarm' gets fouled up. It is going off for no reason although your not in any danger - this is panic attack!

So... Can you cure panic attacks? YES! You have to be told how to fixed this'panic alarm', its that simple! Does this sound incurable? Obviously NOT!

The KEY thing to take note is fear. What's make panic episode tricky to stop? Fear. The horror of having a coronary during panic fit. The fear of fainting during a panic attack. The fear that you might really die of a panic fit. The cure to panic episodes is to stop this misguided fear.

Your heart is battering madly and your chest wounds, you think its a heart attack...but ITS NOT! This kind of heart activity is usually reserved for vigorous activity ( for example:exercising ), when you don't notice it as much. Its suppose to feel like this when your in'panic mode'.

You feel dizzy and weak, you think your going to faint soon...but YOUR NOT! This sensation is due to hyperventilation - when your respiring too quickly and taking in too much oxygen. Having too much oxygen in your blood will disrupt its normal flow, your grey matter mechanically limit blood flow to balance out the low CO2 levels - ensuing in light-headedness.

As you can see, each symptom your experiencing is caused by the body. Your not stuck with some'mysterious illness'. Furthermore, your body cannot kill itself and that's why you having nada to fear. Panic attack CANNOT kill you. - 30535
